About Us
Welcome to Clawsome Creations, your go-to custom costume and fur suit makers. Having developed a variety of different costumes and mascot suits, we are flexible in our design capabilities. Our mission at Clawsome is to provide a costume for any personalized character that our clients request. The idea is to create fun costumes for people to wear and feel comfortable performing in at the same time. We believe that costumes should be more than just aesthetic; they should be easy to wear as well as durable. For many years, I thought that cute costumes had to be uncomfortable and cheaply made—until I made my own.
After years of browsing all the beautiful costumes online, I decided to investigate the process of how to make one, just out of curiosity. This led to me taking on the task of making my own Toriel (undertale) cosplay. After months of hard work and learning, I finally debuted my costume at Anime North 2016. The reactions I received were overwhelmingly positive. After deeply enjoying the process of crafting my costume, I realized that I would love to bring this joy to others like me.
From there, Clawsome Creations was born, and I have been designing custom costumes and fur suits ever since. As a cosplayer myself, I know what I have always looked for in a costume, which is what helps me make Clawsome costumes for others. I have found so much joy and tapped into my personal expression with costumes, which fuels my passion for sharing this with others. As a maker, I’m passionate about providing a way for our clients to express themselves in their unique, fun way. Whether through a popular character, or something more customized, our costumes provide the comfort of having an alternate persona. For some, this can greatly alleviate the discomfort of being viewed in the public eye.
At Clawsome, we put lots of time and care into every suit we make and appreciate all our customers’ support. We hope to expand our business to be able to visit many other conventions in North America so that we can expand our little community and grow our Clawsome family.
