Creative Rights
Once you purchase your fursuit, the rights to the design and character belong to you as the new owner. However, as the owner, you may not claim to have designed or created the suit.
Return Policy
Because of the customized nature of our suits, in the case that a refund is requested, we will retain a 30% fee to cover the cost of materials and time spent making the costume.
Refunds cannot be processed once your package has been shipped.
Studio Policy
Clawsome Creations does not tolerate any form of hate, harassment, or discrimination of any kind. All of our designs are made with love and we will cancel and accordingly refund any orders that violate our policy or make any members of Clawsome Creations feel uncomfortable in any way.
Payment Plan
-40% down payment + two-month long plan to repay the balance, including shipping.
-non-refundable.
-e.g. $600 costume= $240 down payment + 2 installments of $180 over the course of 2 months
Disclaimer
Payment and Shipping
As the buyer, I agree that I am aware of and accept the details of the item ordered prior to processing my payment. I accept that the item(s) in this transaction will not be shipped out until payment in received in full. I acknowledge that once this item is shipped, it is no longer the responsibility or liability of Clawsome Creations.
Commission Rights and Refunds
I agree that by commissioning this item, I am entering a legal contract with Clawsome Creations. I agree to pay the amount in full, and in the case of a refund, I will receive the initial paid amount less 30% of the initial cost to cover materials and time. I acknowledge that the item will be sold as pre-made with minor alterations in order to avoid character theft or violate original property rights.
I acknowledge that Clawsome Creations has the right to terminate the sale if they feel the buyer has harassed, offended, or discriminated any member of Clawsome Creations during the process. Should this occur, the buyer will be refunded accordingly. I agree that if I am offered a refund, I will not perform a chargeback at the cost of voiding the agreed upon refund and being blacklisted.

How long have you been making suits for?
Professionally since 2016, In addition I have experience in also making props and outfits for even longer.

CRAFTING QUESTIONS
Do you use real fur in your creations or costumes?
I do not use real fur on any of our costumes or creations. All fabrics and fibers we use are artificial.
Can I order a duplicate of a costume from your Gallery?
Nope. The costumes in our gallery were all commissioned by previous customers. The designs for their characters are owned by them and cannot be reproduced in any way.
What kind of styles can Clawsome Creations build?
Anything! Be it realistic or cartoony, serious or silly we can do it!
COMMISSION QUESTIONS
What kinds of details do I need to provide for a commission?
In our shop you can fill out a commission form to get a good idea. This form includes your name, whether or not your 18, which is required, shipping zip code, type of payment plan, pay-pal address, and contact information like email. In addition we will ask you what type of suit you want be it; head only, partial, full suit, digitigrade full suit. Lastly we will ask if you want any extras like claw details, feet paws, muzzle fan or any other specifics? We also prefer a reference images, or a detailed description of what your looking for.
Can you guarantee completion for a specific convention/event?
We cannot guarantee a hard deadline. However we recommend if you wish to order for a specific event, to do so well in advance, this will give you a better chance. We take a lot of time and care into each of our crafts, we will however keep you updated on the construction progress.
Will you show me how to care for my costume?
With every suit we include instructions on caring for and cleaning the suit. Should you have any questions you can contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
